📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the company's telemarketing campaigns,Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy,Update and maintain customer records and databases,Provide excellent customer service and support,Assist in the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies,Monitor and report on telemarketing performance metrics,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or telemarketing role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using computer and software applications,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM systems and other telemarketing software,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus
