📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee a team of 5-7 automotive technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on BYD electric vehicles using specialized tools such as OBD-II scanners, battery management systems, and charging equipment.
• Ensure compliance with BYD's service manuals and manufacturer specifications.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to maintain and improve service standards.
• Collaborate with dealership management and service advisors to develop and implement service strategies.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in automotive technology and industry best practices.
• Manage inventory and ensure all necessary parts and tools are available for repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on electric vehicles.
• Certified as a BYD authorized technician or hold relevant certifications from reputable automotive organizations.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of technicians.
• Strong knowledge of OBD-II diagnostics, battery management systems, and charging equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD or similar CAD software for vehicle schematics.
• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
