📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all engineering operations for luxury properties in Bali, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with the property management team to integrate engineering solutions with overall property management strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements in property management and engineering.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management or engineering, with a strong background in luxury property management.
• Certifications in Building Maintenance, Safety Management, or related fields are a plus.
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
• Strong understanding of local and international building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
