📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook BBQ dishes using high-quality ingredients and following standard recipes.
• Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down BBQ catering events, ensuring all equipment is properly stored.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist in training new staff members to ensure high standards of service.
• Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role in a BBQ or catering environment.
• Familiarity with BBQ cooking techniques and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Possession of a valid food handler's certificate is a plus.
