The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring everything is in place for the event.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during the event.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including tables, chairs, and other equipment.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event management, hospitality, or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning software is a plus.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Flexible and adaptable to changing event requirements.
