📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate workshop activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of haulage vehicles, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.
• Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues efficiently.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools, ensuring adequate stock levels for timely repairs.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth integration of repaired vehicles back into the haulage fleet.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent potential breakdowns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or transport industry.
