Sentral Intan Restaurant is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.,Experience in managing a team is a plus.
