Berkah Elsa Coffee is looking for a Lead Training Officer to join our team. As a Lead Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our workforce by ensuring that our team is well-equipped to meet the demands of the industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Mentor and guide junior training officers to ensure the successful execution of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
