Byte Urban Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team in Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for driving organizational success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with department heads to streamline processes and improve workflow.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintenance.,Handle office administration tasks, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and event planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of office management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
