PT Kolega Grup Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Officer to join our F&B Construction Projects team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the planning, design, and construction of F&B projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.,Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.,Resolve project issues and challenges, working collaboratively with the team to find effective solutions.,Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.,Ensure health and safety compliance on all construction sites, implementing necessary measures to protect workers and the public.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, particularly in the F&B construction sector.,Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
