📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax returns.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor junior finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
