📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.,Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Work closely with the regional manager to implement and execute the company's sales and marketing strategies.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proficiency in using computer software, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with retail operations, including merchandising, pricing, and promotions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for store visits and deliveries.
