📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with the HR team to organize and execute employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Maintain a positive and professional work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
