📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet customer expectations.,Manage and supervise banquet staff, ensuring they are trained and performing at their best.,Oversee inventory management for banquet supplies and equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of banquet supplies.,Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring it is ready for the next event.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Assist in training new banquet staff and maintaining high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with banquet equipment and supplies.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
