📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, including product demonstrations, customer consultations, and order processing.,Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier station.,Maintain accurate sales records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.,Support the sales team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees.,Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
