Bloom Den Corporindo is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. We are a growing company located in Sanur, and we are looking for a professional who can help us manage our human resources effectively.

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with the company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.

Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Conduct employee orientation and training programs.

Handle employee grievances and disputes.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Provide administrative support to the HR Manager.

Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

Any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Familiarity with HR information systems and software.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
