Up Byte Nusantara is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and supporting the finance team in various accounting tasks.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.,Process and reconcile bank and credit card transactions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Support the finance team in the preparation of tax returns and filings.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.,Participate in the preparation of financial close processes.,Assist in the preparation of payroll processing and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
