📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.,Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and analysis to senior management to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes.,Ensure the proper use of financial resources and compliance with internal policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior finance staff.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
