📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the mechanical design, development, and maintenance of our products.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Develop and implement mechanical design standards and best practices.
• Conduct mechanical design reviews and provide feedback to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest standards.
• Monitor and analyze mechanical performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address mechanical performance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mechanical engineering field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Experience with finite element analysis (FEA) software such as ANSYS or ABAQUS.
• Experience with computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software such as Mastercam or SolidCAM.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
