• Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring efficient import/export processes
• Manage a team of 5-7 logistics staff, providing training and mentorship

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics supervision or a similar role
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel for logistics operations
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
