As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. You will also work closely with our team of aquarists and engineers to ensure the optimal performance of our aquatic exhibits. This role requires a combination of technical skills and problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Collaborate with aquarists and engineers to ensure the optimal performance of aquatic exhibits.
• Monitor and maintain building automation systems using tools like Building Management Systems (BMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of building systems to identify and address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and system performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of building systems.
• Proven experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Familiarity with building automation systems, including BMS and SCADA systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards relevant to building maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid certification in building maintenance and safety (e.g., Certified Building Maintenance Technician, Certified Fire Protection Specialist).
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
