📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless inter-departmental communication and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.,Conduct regular operational audits to assess performance and identify opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of Indonesian business culture and operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
