📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local labor market and industry trends to identify and attract top talent.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain positive relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to track progress and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends is a plus.
