📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Plan and organize banquet events, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth event execution.

Manage event budgets and ensure financial efficiency.

Oversee guest accommodations and transportation arrangements.

Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Prepare and distribute event materials, such as invitations and programs.

Collaborate with marketing team to promote events.

Evaluate event success and provide feedback for future improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet event management.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and local language.

Familiarity with event planning software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
