📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications and data systems.,Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.,Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.,Monitor and improve the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure it meets the business needs and complies with industry standards.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry to drive innovation and improve our products and services.,Ensure the security and integrity of our data systems and applications to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize the use of our IT resources and reduce costs.,Represent the IT department in executive meetings and present progress reports and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on enterprise applications and data systems.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing IT projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of enterprise software applications, data management, and IT infrastructure.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
