📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details.,Create user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.,Write API documentation and developer guides.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure accuracy and clarity.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a clear and concise writing style.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
