As a Manufacturing Project Engineer at Marigold Manufacturing Corporation, you will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects aimed at improving our production efficiency. You will work with our team to identify areas for improvement, develop project plans, and oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage manufacturing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and software, such as ERP systems and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), to streamline production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions to address quality and productivity issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in manufacturing.
• Provide technical guidance and support to production teams, ensuring that processes are implemented correctly and efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing project engineering or a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
• Proficiency in using ERP systems, MES, and other manufacturing software.
• Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
