📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with national and international safety standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with management and stakeholders to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of safety equipment and personal protective gear.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OSH/K3, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification as an Occupational Safety and Health Professional (OSH Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of national and international safety regulations, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using safety management software, such as SAP or similar systems.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
