📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor dental team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow and service delivery.
• Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive patient experience.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dentistry or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental clinic supervision or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing dental teams and clinics.
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures, equipment, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Certification in dental hygiene or infection control is a plus.
