📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily operations of hospitality and tourism services.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality and tourism industry.
- Proven experience in managing daily operations and coordinating with various departments.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality and tourism industry standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Valid IDP (Indonesian Driver's Permit) and clean driving record.
