📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the legal team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Provide expert legal advice and guidance to senior management on complex legal matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Develop and implement strategic legal initiatives to support the business objectives of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including environmental, labor, and mining laws.
• Lead the development and maintenance of legal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all operations.
• Represent the company in legal matters, including negotiations, litigation, and dispute resolution.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends, and provide insights and recommendations to the legal team.
• Foster a culture of legal excellence and risk management within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in legal practice, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing legal teams and driving strategic legal initiatives in a complex business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to mining, environmental, and labor laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Ability to travel frequently, including to remote locations in Indonesia.
• Certification in legal management or a related field is a plus.
