📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform regular maintenance on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to employees, including installing and configuring software and hardware.
- Monitor network performance and address any issues that arise.
- Install and configure new IT equipment as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all IT activities and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Active Directory.
- Experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
