This is a unique opportunity to lead plant finance initiatives, support costing strategies, and ensure the financial health of our manufacturing plants in Ubud, Denpasar, and Badung. With a salary range of Rp 15,000,000 - Rp 25,000,000 per month, you'll be part of a dynamic team driving efficiency and growth in our manufacturing sector.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Finance Manager to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals. You'll manage financial reporting, analyze cost structures, and provide insights to optimize manufacturing processes. Our manufacturing plants are at the heart of our operations, and your expertise will be crucial in maintaining their financial stability and performance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support manufacturing operations.
• Manage and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities for manufacturing plants.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Manage plant-level financial records and ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Coordinate with accounting and auditing teams to maintain financial accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
