📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of Suzuki's facilities in Jakarta Timur, including buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage and maintain documentation related to facility management, including permits, licenses, and insurance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of facility management policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the management team in decision-making processes related to facility management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of facility management software, such as SAP Facilities Management or IBM Maximo.
• Professional certification in Facilities Management, such as Certified Facility Management Professional (CFM) or Certified Associate in Facilities Management (CAFM).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
